i’ve heard of these berries that warp ur taste so sour and spicy foods taste sweet. sounds really cool has anyone used them and why aren’t they used as a sweetener? if you just ate a fruit before a bland meal it would taste good?
I’ve tried them and they basically make most sour things you eat afterward taste sweet – lemon, lime, grapefruit, sour cream, even vinegar (try some Balsamic!). I thought drinking a Guinness beer was cool – like dessert!
The worst part is that the effect lasts about 30-45 minutes and if you want to eat dinner, the flavor of everything is altered oddly.
